As an international carrier of VoIP traffic, we understood the value that Good Telco offered from the moment we received the initial proposal. The quality of the service has been outstanding…frankly…there has been no difference between this and traditional telephone service. Customer service has been great…of course we haven’t had much reason to call them yet since we have had any problems. One of the biggest advantages was the fact that the only cost we had was the phones…no other equipment was required…no PBX that we would be replacing every few years and we still have all the advanced features that we need.
